Shipping Policy

The Memories Delivery Process At Memories, every piece is crafted especially for you. Our delivery process consists of two stages: Fulfillment and Shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) = Fulfillment + Shipping

1. Fulfillment (Production) It typically takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order. During this time, your order is carefully prepared and undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.

— Note: Fulfillment may take longer during peak seasons or if there are temporary stock issues with specific sizes or colors.

2. Shipping (Transit) Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, shipping times depend on your location:

  • EU / Southern Europe: 3–7 business days
  • USA / UK: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

4. Customs & Import Fees All orders are shipped "Delivery Duty Unpaid." This means that any customs, tariffs, or import taxes applied by your local government are the responsibility of the customer. While we work to minimize these fees wherever possible, we cannot control or predict them.

5. What To Do If Your Order Is Late While we aim to hit our Estimated Delivery Time every time, occasional delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs holds can happen.

If your EDT has passed and you still haven't received your package, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 5 business days before reaching out. If it still hasn't arrived after that period:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation for any errors in the delivery address.
  2. Contact us at info@memories.clothing with your order number.
  3. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before finalizing your order. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
