Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview At Memories, all products are made to order especially for you. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and offer a 14-day return policy for eligible cases.

Eligible Returns Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or contains a misprint.
  • The wrong item was sent.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Misprints (Quality Guarantee) If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a misprint, contact us immediately at info@memories.clothing with a photo of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your claim is approved, you will be refunded the full cost of the item on your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order To cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at info@memories.clothing before production begins. Once your order enters production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate your request if contacted in time.

Incorrect Delivery Address If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the loss is confirmed by the courier, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period In accordance with EU law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@memories.clothing within the 14-day period.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product cost within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
